Thanks to its comfortable and flexible material, you can wear the menstrual cup up to 12 hours in a row in any circumstance of your daily life: day, night, playing sports, traveling, etc.. In addition to saving on disposable products for intimate hygiene, you will be helping to reduce the footprint on the environment. Go for an ecological menstruation!

Menstrual Cup Size S

Menstrual Cup S is designed to:

  • Free of phthalates and latex
  • Up to 12 hours of continuous use
  • Size S

To use it for the first time, you need to boil it for 10-15 minutes.
Before each period, bring it to a boil for 3 to 5 minutes to make sure it is clean. You can wear it up to 12 hours in a row. If you want to remove it before 12 hours have passed, empty the glass in the bathroom sink and clean it with water and mild soap. Repeat this process every time you empty your menstrual cup. The last time you empty it because you finished your period, sterilize it again and save it until your next period.

Which size to choose? Although each woman is different and the size of her vagina varies, we give you some recommendations to choose a size:

There are 2 sizes available, a small one (20 ml capacity) ) and a large one (35 ml capacity). The choice of size will depend on the state of the pelvic floor. Size S is recommended for people under 30 who have not had children. If you are under 30 years old and have had children, use the size L menstrual cup.

If you are under 30 years old and have had children, use the size L menstrual cup.If you are 30 years old or older, use size L, except if you are 30 years old or older but you usually work your pelvic floor frequently (with Chinese balls such as) use size S.
