CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

 

  • 1. GUARANTEES

    NATURAL LOGISTICS guarantees that the current guarantee regulations are complied with at all times, highlighting everything included in Law 1/2007, of November 16, of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and the Civil Code, as well as any rule applicable to the case.

    If at the time of receiving the order it is defective, you can request the replacement or return of the order under the terms and conditions established in the legislation on consumer goods guarantees and other applicable regulations in your case.

    This warranty does not cover possible damage caused by natural causes, misuse, negligence, accident or modification of any part of the product. Nor does it cover damages derived from incorrect maintenance operations, connections to inadequate voltages or repairs made by anyone outside of NATURAL LOGISTICS. In case of return of the product due to breakage or a manufacturing defect, the total amount of the product including shipping costs will be paid.

    In this WEBSITE we trust the effectiveness of our devices, therefore we offer a 24-month warranty after purchase covering possible manufacturing defects or poor materials. If it is determined that the product is defective, it will be fixed or replaced with a new one without charging you any expense for it. Once the warranty period has elapsed, the user will have to pay for the repairs and possible parts that have to be repaired or replaced.

    1.1. TEST WITHOUT COMMITMENT

    In this WEBSITE we believe that any quality product must always present a series of guarantees that provide security to customers and serve as an answer in the event that any type of doubt or disagreement with the product arises, such as the method of payment. , etc. and that they are fulfilled at all times.

    That is why we rigorously comply with this maxim, offering all kinds of guarantees, in addition to abundant and detailed information on all the points that we consider fundamental, so that in this way the possible doubts to be cleared, are the least possible.

    On the WEBSITE we trust the effectiveness of our products, so we offer the possibility of testing it for 2 months, committing ourselves to return the full payment * if you are unsatisfied with the results obtained from a purchase equal to or greater than two months of treatment. .

    * The amount paid for the product will be refunded (except for shipping costs which will be paid by the customer).

    The no-obligation test is applied to food supplements and cosmetic products (excluding perfumes) in treatments equal to or greater than 2 months. You must exercise the right to a refund during the first 10 days after having exceeded the 60-day trial.

    1.2. RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

    If any product in your order does not correspond to your expectations, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from when you, or a third party authorized by you, receive the package.

    Since June 2014, the European Union has established new purchase guarantee parameters by which we abide by. According to these return conditions, you have the right to retract your purchase of any product on the WEBSITE within a period of 14 days. This period will end 14 days after the date of receipt of the products. However, if the period ends on a non-business day, the period is extended until the next business day.

    We will confirm receipt of your request and refund the amount paid by Paypal, check or bank transfer within 14 calendar days from receipt of your withdrawal request as long as the return of the product has been previously carried out.

    The exercise of the right of withdrawal will imply the return of the price of the returned product and the original shipping costs. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products.

    For health or hygiene reasons, and based on the applicable regulations, you may not withdraw from those products that have been unsealed after delivery.

    2. RETURNS

    The forms of refund depend on the type of exchange you want to make. Depending on your case, you should proceed as follows. (For more information see also previous sections)

    2.1. TEST WITHOUT COMMITMENT

    To exercise the refund for the trial period, you must follow the following steps:

    1. Request the return form within 10 days after the two-month trial

    3. You will have to send the products and once received and verified that everything is correct, the money will be returned.

    4. The no-obligation test is applied to food supplements and cosmetic products (excluding perfumes) in treatments equal to or greater than 2 months. You must exercise the right to a refund during the first 10 days after having exceeded the 60-day trial.

    The return conditions will only be effective if:

    • o You have tried the product (not applicable to devices) for at least 2 months of treatment (and having bought a treatment for 2 months or more) and have been dissatisfied with the results obtained.
    • o Send (with the return form) all the products you have purchased (full or empty) to the following address: NATURAL LOGISTICS, Paseo de la Habana 202, 28036 SPAIN

    Additionally, you must:

    • o Print the “Money Back” form and include it in the package that you will send us.
    • o Include your IBAN and SWIFT number (in case you have not paid by credit card). The transfer is international and without this data we will not be able to do it. If you have questions, check with your bank. Forms that do not have this information will be automatically discarded and the refund will be canceled.

    * You will be reimbursed 100% of the amount paid for the product (except for shipping costs which will be paid by the customer).

    2.2. RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

    To exercise the return for withdrawal, you must follow the following steps:

    For DEVICE WARRANTIES

    This warranty does not cover possible damage caused by natural causes, misuse, negligence, accident or modification of any part of the product. To exercise the warranty return, you must follow the following steps:

    3. o We will determine the cause of the defect or breakage
    4. o If the cause of the failure is not due to any of the causes listed above, the device will be repaired or replaced

    4. RESPONSIBILITY
